My Story

Sam is 12 1/2! She was diagnosed w/ Leukemia on 02.01.06, suffered a stroke & underwent brain surgery on 02.05.06. She finished treatment on 04.07.08 and is doing wonderfully!

Journal Update:

Sam had her 3 month check up yesterday. Blood work is perfect (thank you, Jesus). Blood pressure was high so we have to watch that...her next clinic visit will be 3 yrs post treatment (end of March) and then we will jump to check ups every 4 months. All in all, Life is REALLY good.

Need to get her into the Psychaitrist to get her back on the meds - that is the January 3rd plan.  So many fears and too many tears.  She should not have to live like this.  No one should.
